Winter Solstice/New Year Celebration, Descent into the Darkness.
As the days shorten and the world gets quieter, we come together to do what people have always done during the darker months—share space, slow down, and support one another. This time of year naturally invites us inward. The seasons change outside, and our own seasons shift right along with them.
This gathering is a chance to notice that change, honor it, and move through it with intention.
We’ll begin with meditation, breathwork, and the support of a few powerful herbs, settling into ourselves and noticing what we’ve been carrying—the weight, the patterns, the stories, and the fears that hold us back from fully living.
Next, we’ll move into guided journaling, putting these thoughts onto paper and exploring what we’re ready to release. Coming together for a fire ritual, burning these pages as a symbolic act of letting go, making space for clarity, light, and renewal.
Then finishing together with the beautiful notes of the sound bowls.
This is a grounding and community-centered evening. No pressure. No perfection. Just members in our community gathering with intention during a natural turning point in the year.
$50
We provide a yoga mat, 1 blanket, and 2 cushions. If you think you will need extra support for lying down, feel free to bring an extra blanket or prop to be cozy during your experience.
