More About Me

  • At Willow Moon Movement, your journey begins with an open line of communication. Through thoughtful intake, I ensure a tailored approach to address your goals and aspirations. I place immense value on forging deep connections with each client, while maintaining a structured environment for growth.

  • Family is at the core of my world, shaped by the love of my mother and two brothers, and the cherished memory of my late father. In 2018, our family faced a profound loss that ignited my mission. I transformed grief into purpose, guiding others towards a life of fulfillment by reigniting a love for their bodies through childlike curiosity and boundless love.

  • While currently based in Missoula since 2016, my dance journey began in Elizabeth, Colorado at the tender age of three. I continued my dance journey in Bismarck, North Dakota, evolving from my very first steps to becoming a high school choreographer. My dedication to growth led me to become one of the select few Movement Flow certified professionals in the United States, soon to share this expertise through teacher training.

  • My journey of certification and growth reflects a deep, ongoing commitment to this practice. I hold a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, with continued studies in breathwork, sound, and meditative therapeutics, as well as Level 1, 2, and 3 Movement Flow certification—two distinct lineages that inform my approach to embodied movement and awareness. I am also certified in CPR and one-on-one assisted stretch, and continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing education in personal training. Locally certified in aerial arts through the West Side Theatre, my expertise encompasses sling, lyra, and trap disciplines.

  • Willow Moon Movement is more than a business; it's a sanctuary of healing and self-discovery. I envision a future where the space expands to offer an array of healing modalities, further enriching the community's journey towards well-being.
