A spin pole class with a focus on playing with spin physics and finding that effortless “floating” spin quality. This is a beginner-intermediate class that is suitable for those comfortable on spin pole and with front/back hook spins.

Please wear shorts, although much less skin contact is required for this class as climbs and inverts aren’t in the lesson plan. Students familiar with climbs and inverts are more than welcome to utilize these skills though! velocity.by.v
