Drawing inspiration from various lineages of yoga and dance, this class invites you to move beyond the confines of your mind, connecting with your heart and body. B + B will guide you to move with different concepts of shapes, movements, and flows— offering a space where movement becomes a channel for self-expression and inner discovery.

Then we move into our breath, with a guided breathwork journey. This powerful practice will help center and reconnect you with your essence, grounding you for the new year ahead. A powerful and beautiful way to start the year, nurturing and revitalizing every aspect of your body and your breath.

Meet the Collaborators: KT Taylor is a dedicated trauma-informed breathwork facilitator specializing in supporting individuals navigating the challenges of life. With a compassionate approach, KT creates a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their emotions, process grief, and cultivate resilience through breathwork practices. Her work is rooted in a deep understanding of the unique experiences associated with loss and the journey to healing, empowering individuals to reconnect with their bodies and find solace amid their struggles. 

Through her sessions, KT aims to foster a sense of community and understanding, guiding clients on their path to emotional well-being and renewal.
