Drawing Connections is a non-clinical art and body-based workshop designed to deepen awareness of attachment patterns and emotional needs. Through guided drawing prompts, reflection, and discussion, participants will explore how attachment experiences live in the body and shape our experiences. Using color, texture, and imagery, participants will give form to both moments of insecurity and experiences of healing connection.
This process invites participants to identify where attachment emotions are held in the body, express unmet needs through art, and explore the sensations of safety, trust, and belonging. By reimagining these patterns visually and somatically, participants begin to integrate corrective emotional experiences and move toward a more secure, embodied sense of connection.
