Meet your instructor:

V (she/they) first started performing within the Missoula circus community in 2011. She spent several years practicing various disciplines ranging from fire eating to stilt acrobatics, performing with various troupes across the Pacific Northwest before landing on teaching group fitness in early 2017. Since then, she has taken numerous trainings and workshops to allow her to share a passion for fun movement with all. A childhood gymnast, V brings their penchant for dynamic acrobatics to their love of educating and inspiring all bodies.
