This series is designed for those looking to take their pole practice to the next level. We’ll build on your fundamentals, incorporating intermediate-level work with a focus on strength, technique, and flow. You'll work with longer combinations, explore inversions, and begin integrating dance and rhythmic movement into your practice. Incorporating space for personal exploration, allowing you to experiment with your own style and creativity on the pole.
Requirements: Basic grips and holds, unassisted pole sit, and traditional climb.
